You will not be asked to input any information into the website. Bookings and consultations are handled directly. When you contact me, I will respond to you by the same means. We will then agree a best method of ongoing communication.
In order to give professional Reflexology treatments, I will ask for and keep information about your health and lifestyle. I will only use this for informing Reflexology treatments and any advice I give as a result of your treatment. The information to be held is:
The only personal information I process is provided to me directly by you. I use the information that you have given me in order to provide you with the best possible treatment options, support and advice. I do not digitalise any of your paper records.
I would only share this information with a 3rd party for a safeguarding purpose or with your consent.
The main lawful basis I rely on for processing this information is your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting me as above.
I also have a legal obligation for insurance purposes to keep records for 7 years after your last treatment and in the case of children, until the child is 25 years old or if 17 when treated, then 26.
After the designated time period I will shred and/or delete your records held on file.
Under data protection law, you have rights including: Access, Rectification, Completion, Erasure & Restriction of processing. You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights.
